Shipping policy
– We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer will assume all responsibility.
– If there is an undeliverable package due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us but reattempt of delivery will be at the customer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.
All orders all fulfilled within two business days unless special expedited shipping is applied. You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.
Tracking Says Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or incorrectly delivered shipments. Customer must file a claim with USPS.
